MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang suspended work in government offices and classes in all levels in Luzon on Friday, October 25, still due to the effects of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami).
However, agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services were directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services.

It was last spotted over the waters of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, and was slowly moving westward while still packing up wind speed of 95 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 145 kph.
