Flood hits roads in Metro Manila – MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — Several main thoroughfares in Metro Manila are flooded Thursday night due to rains dumped by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami), according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
